This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use asenvirocon.me, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Montenegro and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and your message.
Email or phone correspondence: the information you send us.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, time of visit — logged by the server and a security plugin to protect the site from attacks.
Analytics (only with your consent): anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Security and proper operation of the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Visitor statistics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies

The site uses two types of cookies:

Necessary: asen_pristanak — remembers your cookie choice (12 months). The Wordfence security plugin may set technical cookies to protect the site.
Analytics (only with consent): _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years) — count visits and show how the site is used.

Analytics cookies are not set until you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Access is limited to processors providing technical services to us:

Hostinger (website hosting, EU),
Google (Google Workspace email and Google Analytics),
Supabase (internal enquiry records),
Wordfence / Defiant (website security).

Some of these providers may process data outside Montenegro and the EU (e.g. in the USA). Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Contact form enquiries and correspondence — up to 2 years from the last contact, unless you become a client (then for the duration of the cooperation and as required by law).
Analytics data — 14 months.
Security logs — no more than 90 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Send your request to info@asenvirocon.me — we reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro (azlp.me) or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live.

8. Children

The site is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
